«We reserved meeting rooms exclusively with Microsoft Outlook in the past. That was complicated and inefficient, so we tried different solutions. What set ROOMZ apart from all the other suppliers: the displays do not require a cable, which meant that we did not have to install electricity or network cables in every single meeting room. The long battery life reduces maintenance work. Moreover, we are able to easily remove the displays and place them in another location if needed.
From a functionality perspective, we appreciate the user-friendly interface with which we can administrate and configure the displays, as well as the close integration with our Exchange environment. The setup and installation were definitely easier with ROOMZ than with the competing products.
