BOBST transforms its headquarters with ROOMZ

As part of its ambitious “New Workplace at BSA” project, global packaging leader BOBST is modernizing its headquarters in Lausanne, Switzerland to create a more flexible, connected, and sustainable work environment.

Involving nearly 1,000 employees, the project aims to adapt office spaces to modern work models while integrating cutting-edge digital tools. Among these, ROOMZ has emerged as a key technology partner.

To support this transformation, BOBST has implemented ROOMZ displays and sensors for meeting room management, along with desk sensors to enable a simple and efficient flex office setup. The wireless, low-energy system offers an agile solution that can be deployed progressively, building by building.
