Pilatus Aircraft and ROOMZ: a long-term trusted partnership renewed until 2028

Since 2017, Pilatus Aircraft Ltd, the renowned Swiss aircraft manufacturer, has relied on ROOMZ to optimize its offices.

Headquartered in Switzerland and globally recognized for their world-class aircraft, Pilatus chose ROOMZ to bring the same level of efficiency and precision to its workplace management.

The partnership began in 2016, when Pilatus was looking for a better way to manage meeting room bookings. Like many large organizations, they were increasingly frustrated with manual processes such as printing weekly schedules.

Today, with 57 ROOMZ displays installed across its facilities in different locations, the system runs flawlessly, helping teams find and reserve meeting spaces while significantly improving workplace efficiency.

What truly speaks to the success of our collaboration is Pilatus’ continued trust in ROOMZ: they have just renewed their commitment for another three years, extending our partnership until at least 2028!
Remarkably, the displays installed back in 2017 are still functioning perfectly today and Pilatus has chosen to simply renew the licenses of these same devices, highlighting the outstanding durability of ROOMZ technology.
