«We moved to our new, modern offices in PostParcBern in mid-July. We sought a display for room reservations that meets our technical and aesthetic requirements for a smart work environment. In this context, we came across ROOMZ, a tech startup from Switzerland, which has launched a sensational product. The solution convinced us in terms of quality, user experience, as well as price. Employees experience it as a special added value to be able to spontaneously book rooms and need no longer inconveniently take care of this on the computer.
We like the design –reduced to the minimum, the display does exactly what it should. It is clearly laid out and easy to operate. Even the setup with NFC was a highlight. As an innovative company we appreciate the benefits of the cloud –also in conjunction with ROOMZ: we do not have to maintain the infrastructure. New features become available automatically. The solution is constantly up to date. We do not see any reason not to obtain ROOMZ from the cloud, as this option is highly available, scalable and release-capable. Setup is much easier than with conventional solutions; the documentation is very clear. We were surprised by how quickly it went!
The displays fit perfectly into our smart work environment and harmoniously round off our desk sharing model with the clean desk policy and our smart working with home office option. The feedback from our 120 employees and our customers is unmistakable –they are all ROOMZ fans!»
