Hervé Thermique, a subsidiary of Groupe Hervé, operates in France, Switzerland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Portugal, Morocco, La Réunion, Mauritius, and Mayotte under the brands Alvazzi, Pelzer, Hervé Maroc, Hervé Portugal Multitecnico, and Hervé Mauritius. For more than 53 years, the group has specialized in energy management and technical building services including electrical engineering, HVAC systems, energy performance, renewable energy, water treatment, and industrial and commercial refrigeration, both for construction projects and ongoing maintenance.
The company was looking for a solution to manage its meeting rooms at headquarters, where availability was difficult to track.
ROOMZ booking displays: a daily time-saver

Easy installation with Microsoft Outlook
The solution was seamlessly integrated with Microsoft Outlook, which was already being used by employees. The transition was straightforward, requiring only the connection of ROOMZ screens to Outlook and the creation of meeting rooms in the calendar. Employees were able to keep their existing habits while gaining better visibility into space availability.
A wireless and effortless experience
Hervé Thermique was particularly impressed by the Wi-Fi connectivity of the screens, their long-lasting battery life, and the fact that no cabling or construction work was needed. True to its “Plug and Play” philosophy, the first installation was completed in less than an hour. The minimalist design of the screens matched expectations, and the customer service team responded efficiently to all requests. “The quality of the customer-supplier relationship is also very much appreciated,” emphasizes Brigitte Marchais.
Teams now consider the solution an essential part of their workday: “We once had an issue with the Microsoft connection and everyone felt lost without this tool.” Since then, ROOMZ has been deployed more widely and now equips around 100 meeting rooms across the group.
